My name is Tergel, but I go by Tee.
My journey into industrial design began with a deep curiosity about how things work and how they shape human experiences. This curiosity clicked in an unexpected moment—while watching Wall-E. I was captivated by Eve, the sleek and minimalistic robot, whose design struck a perfect balance of strength and softness. That moment taught me the power of simplicity: how design can speak volumes without being loud or overcomplicated.
Raised in Mongolia, I grew up surrounded by traditional art, craftsmanship, and a deep appreciation for symbolism. These roots influence my work today, inspiring me to blend modern minimalism with cultural richness. Graduating with honours from Sheridan College with a Bachelor’s in Industrial Design gave me the technical skills to bring these ideas to life.
I believe design should solve problems while connecting emotionally with people. Every project is an opportunity to balance simplicity with depth, function with beauty, and modernity with timelessness. Inspired by creators like Jonathan Ive, I strive to craft products that are more than objects—they are experiences that resonate on a deeper level.
